The Challenge
We gained ownership of an old church building which already had an existing alarm system fitted and operating. Unfortunately, the previous owner was unable to provide any information about the system or operating procedures. We needed someone that could help us establish whether the system was working properly and worth keeping, as well as having it serviced and showing us how to operate it. And we needed all of this done in clear and simple language we would understand and at a reasonable cost.
The Solution
The Alarm Man responded very quickly to our request for help. They came to see us, tested our existing system and explained everything to us on how well it worked and how to operate it, in very clear language we could understand. They didn't try to sell us a new, expensive system as were happy to service the existing setup and provide us with a maintenance contract going forward.
